Returns & Replacement Policy

We inspect every item rigorously before dispatch to ensure quality and correctness. Due to the industrial nature of our products, we maintain a strict policy on returns.

Eligible Returns

We only accept returns and provide replacements under the following two conditions:

  1. Defective Product: The item received is damaged or clearly defective upon arrival (must be reported immediately with clear photographic evidence).

  2. Wrong Product Delivered: You received an item that does not match the product code or specifications listed on your order confirmation. Wrong product/size delivered compared to the invoice.

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including:

  • Incorrect product selection by the buyer.

  • Changes in project requirements.

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect function.

  • Damage due to improper storage/unloading at site

  • Used/installed items, cut-to-size/custom-fabricated goods 
  • Normal wear, finish variations or tolerance within standards

How to Initiate a Return

If your order meets the eligible return conditions above, please contact our support team at sales@vijaysalescorp.com or +199999889008 within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide:

  • Your order number.

  • A detailed description of the defect or error.

  • Clear photographs or video evidence of the issue.

Our team will review your request and guide you through the replacement / refund process.

Refund timeline: 3–7 business days post verification (to original mode of payment).
Replacements: Dispatched on priority once approved.
